At this rate the only way the Knicks will be able to add talent is the draft, nbdl or signing players from overseas.
    ...
Wait this might be a good thing. Let's go with it. Keep it up Dolan! Paint yourself into a corner where you'll have no choice, but to rebuild. LOL!

Then again we could end up drafting good players just to see them bolt and win elsewhere. At this rate we will become the clippers before Griffin, Paul and Jordan. smh

We will never be the Clippers because JD has no problem spending money. But in the broader sense we are already those Clippers.

I didn't think about that. I guess the one saving grace is hopefully Dolan will always be willing to overpay to keep players as long as they stay "loyal" to him.

So Metta decided to give his opinion. He says it's the fans' fault.

I agrees with the premise, but perhaps for different reasons and I'd extend it to corporate sponsorship too. The fact that the Garden sells out is a problem. What goes on with the Knicks is worthy of 50% capacity crowds but the system is in place and churning, thus more important to have a name to market than a winning product.

I forgot about that. Not only corporate sales, but celebrities who pay top dollar to be seen. Fuck! We're doomed! Lol!

    This won't help the Knicks.

Hold on to those draft picks. Better yet get some extra picks. Forget about signing anyone this offseason.

Damn, everybody really taking notice of Dolan! This may end up being a very very good thing.

As defiant as Dolan is about reality? Not a chance. He thinks he can buy and PR his way to respect. And how blatantly stupid is that PR machine, btw? Trotting out all this old Knicks at the same time? They should've spread that out over several weeks. And no one thinks "Knicks" when they see Vin Baker. Ridiculous.

I still don't honestly think the knicks will ever go full rebuild mode the people in front office from owner down and a lot of fans included just don't have the patiences to watch players develop they would rather watch overpaid household names loss instead.
